Search options
Basic
You choose the properties to view by browsing the site. R&R then organizes your viewing schedule for you and accompanies you to all viewings .We will then negotiate on your behalf with the vendor or their agent for the best deal for you. We will provide advice, support and contacts for legal and banking matters through to completion.There is no charge attached to the basic service.
Enhanced
When you have chosen all options that interest you from the site we will then begin the process which will lead to your perfect home, holiday home or rental investment. We will:
Search- After understanding your exact requirements we carry out an exhaustive search using all sources available to us. This includes contacts at more than 30 island estate agents, local property press and web sites and investigating private sales. We will then send all options we feel are suitable for you, individually, direct to your inbox
Shortlist-Once the properties have been considered by you and a short list drawn up we will organise your viewing schedule. We will always accompany you to viewings as your representative .If you do not have island transport we will collect you and drive you to all properties on your list
Negotiate-Once the perfect property has been found we begin negotiation with agents, working to secure the best possible terms for you, giving you time to focus on your move if you are looking for a permanent island home. We also have extensive experience and numerous contacts to help the moving process go smoothly. If you are buying an investment rental property we can advise how you can get the best from your investment.
Completion-If you would like us to we can engage solicitors and mortgage advisors and see the transaction all the way through to a successful completion. If required we can assist in engaging removal firms and interior designers and can even help with more important issues such as your child’s on island schooling.
Costs to register for the enhanced service give full access to all of the above for a 20 week contractual period at a rate of 500 euros+vat.The registration fee will be deducted from the final fee once we are successful in securing a purchase. For the final fee 1.5% plus VAT of the purchase price will be required, or 15% plus VAT of the saving we negotiate between the asking price and the final purchase price (which ever is greater).
